Offering a commuter model in step-over and step-thru frame styles plus a classically styled road bike they call “stealth” for its smooth and sleek lines that don’t openly betray its electric-assist capabilities, all the KBO bikes are affordable. Hitting a target price range from just over a thousand to almost $1500, the company states its main goal clearly: “no matter what your age or what your job is, no matter who you are or where you come from, we strive to offer cost-efficient electric bikes for you.”

As a very new company, with only about a year in business so far, they still have a lot to prove to assure customers that they provide a reliable and sturdy product, but they’re off to a good start. With no network of dealerships or distributors to go to for a test ride or some professional advice, though, it’s up to the consumer to check out what they offer remotely.
